This knife is in excellent vintage condition. All four blades are bright and clean with sharp etching and minimal handling wear. Snap is firm with strong open and close action across the board. Handle covers are secure and crack-free. Light handling marks on the bolsters. An exceptionally well-preserved example from a desirable era.

History Note:
Frank Buster, an American importer based in Tennessee, launched the Fight’n Rooster brand in the 1970s using high-quality German manufacturing from Solingen. These knives were produced in small batches, often etched and serialized, making them highly collectible today. Fight’n Rooster knives bridged the gap between working tools and showpieces—known for bold styling, crisp walk and talk, and enduring build quality.

Collector’s Note:
This is a prime example of the bold craftsmanship that made Fight’n Rooster a favorite among knife enthusiasts. The four-blade pattern is uncommon and prized, especially in this near-mint condition. With mirror-polished blades and a tough jigged handle, it’s as suitable for display as it is for practical carry. A standout piece for collectors of German knives, 1980s imports, or Frank Buster’s celebrated cutlery line.
