Vintage Schrade USA 285UH Uncle Henry Trapper Pocket Knife – circa 1980s

$64.95

Shipping to United States: $6.95

This classic Schrade 285UH "Uncle Henry" trapper features two stainless steel blades—clip point and spey—both with excellent snap and near-mint factory grinds. The handles are Schrade's signature Staglon with a nickel silver "Uncle Henry" script shield and bright nickel silver bolsters. A traditional jack knife configuration with rugged American charm, this 285UH was proudly made in the U.S.A. before Schrade’s 2004 closure.

Historical Note:
Schrade's Uncle Henry line was introduced in the 1960s and became a staple among workingmen and collectors alike. The 285UH was a popular mid-size trapper, and those marked “USA” are now sought-after relics of pre-2004 Schrade manufacturing.

Whether you're adding to a growing Schrade collection or seeking a durable, American-made daily carry knife, this 285UH bridges the gap between utility and tradition. A beautiful example of USA-made knife craftsmanship.
