This 2003 Case XX Peanut is a fine example of Case’s smallest and most pocketable traditional patterns. With its 7-dot tang stamp, this knife dates precisely to 2003, while the reverse tang reads 6220 SS, marking it as a stainless-steel Peanut with jigged bone handles.

The Peanut pattern is loved for its compact size and versatility, featuring a clip point blade for detail work and a pen blade for everyday tasks. This example wears rich jigged brown bone handles, nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, and the oval CASE shield—classic hallmarks of Case quality.
