This 1977 Boker USA Great American Story Knives – Part II “Stage Coach” edition is a beautifully preserved slice of American commemorative cutlery, crafted during Boker’s celebrated U.S. production era. This limited-edition knife—serial number 1787—honors the westward expansion and the stagecoach lines that helped knit together a growing nation. The main blade is boldly etched with “Bridging the Continent,” tying the knife directly to the historical theme of frontier connection, commerce, and travel.

The handles feature richly jigged brown Delrin with deep amber tones and two polished shields: a serial-number plate and the “Stage Coach” emblem. Nickel silver bolsters frame the knife with a classic, mid-century Boker profile. All three blades—clip point, sheepsfoot, and spey—open smoothly with crisp snap and minimal handling marks, showcasing the craftsmanship of Boker’s 1970s USA factory.

Included is the original 1977 registration certificate, stamped with the date of issue, along with the period-correct presentation box. Both box and certificate show mild aging from storage but remain structurally intact and highly displayable. The knife itself is in excellent condition, appearing unused or extremely lightly handled.

At 3⅜" closed, this model fits comfortably into the stockman/medium jack category—compact enough to carry, yet full of character and historical detail.
