Shipping to United States: $7.95

This vintage Camillus pen knife from the 1960–1976 era is a distinctive example of mid-century American pocketcraft—lightweight, elegant, a real classic. With its two-blade configuration and beautifully aged cream cracked-ice celluloid handles, this knife reflects the style and utility that made Camillus a trusted name in everyday carry for generations. The depth of these handles is impressive, and I actually had to examine one of the handles closely to cracked-ice wasn't an actual crack.

Both blades—spear and pen—exhibit patina consistent with honest age and use, adding a touch of character without detracting from function. The knife opens and closes with a strong, confident snap on both blades, with only a very small amount of wobble noted on the pen blade. At 3 1/8" closed, it is perfectly sized for pocket or collection display.

A wonderful example of working-class Americana, preserved with care.

During the 1960s and 70s, Camillus produced millions of dependable pocket knives for tradesmen, outdoorsmen, and everyday carriers. Their cracked-ice celluloid models became especially iconic—evoking mid-century aesthetics while remaining durable and affordable. This era marked the final decades before the company shifted toward more modern materials, making pieces like this a charming link to traditional American cutlery.
