Condition Note

This knife is in very good mechanical condition with honest cosmetic wear consistent with age and long-term storage.

All blades exhibit strong snap and solid seating with no blade play

Carbon steel blades, backspring and bolsters show light carbon spotting and patina, likely from storage in a non–climate-controlled environment. It's fairly widespread as the photos show.

No deep pitting observed; spotting appears surface-level and stable

Handles are intact and well-secured with no cracks or structural issues

Box and paperwork are original and complete but show notable wear, edge softening, and surface scuffs from age and handling. The paperwork is very wrinkled, but intact and readable.

Overall, this is a sound, mechanically excellent whittler with visible but honest signs of vintage storage rather than hard use.

This knife ships wrapped in acid-free archival tissue to help preserve both the blade and handle during transit and storage. When not being used for EDC I recommend to continue storing it in the archive tissue.
